Jeff brings to the team a wealth of skill, experience, passion and flair for the job! Educated in Political Science at both U.C. Santa Barbara and West Valley College in Saratoga California, Jeff has been a Los Gatos resident since 2000. As a Silicon Valley native raised in San Jose California, he has a sound knowledge of the various local communities and all that they have to offer.
Past experience includes; Income Property Sales, Land Acquisition, and Legal Assistant for multiple law firms, in addition to having graduated from the Alain Pinel Realtors Masters Program and various other professional training and continuing real estate education programs. Jeff is an active member of various real estate online and offline communities: most notably the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors, Active Rain, Realtown, etc.
Jeff established his practice in residential real estate over the past five years selling homes in Los Gatos, Saratoga, Los Gatos Mountains, Cupertino, San Jose, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Mountain View, Boulder Creek, Fremont, Morgan Hill, & Gilroy...and in early 2007 Jeff was proud to join forces with the longtime partnership of Rick Ardizzone and John Howmiller of Alain Pinel Realtors. Twenty-five years experience and over One Billion Dollars in local real estate sales have established Team Ardizzone & Howmiller as top agents, per San Jose Magazine and San Jose Business Journal awards.
As a self proclaimed "Techno-Realtor”, Jeff rounds off the team’s ongoing cutting-edge marketing advancements with his zeal towards developing strong Internet Marketing advertising campaigns by focusing on two primary techniques; Search Engine Marketing, and Search Engine Optimization of the team's Homepage. The team's unique strategies and technically advanced marketing mediums serve to expose the team’s property listings to a much larger World Wide audience.
Jeff's continuing professional education and research in this marketing niche, widely known as "Real Estate Web 2.0", includes recent completion of the "Search Engine Marketing" program at U.C. Berkeley Extension.
